Limited Recall - Apeks Panorama Full Face Mask TX100 2nd Stage

Apeks is conducting a voluntary limited recall of the Apeks Panorama Full Face mask TX100 2nd stage.

It has come to our attention that the P Connector fitting on the 2nd stage could detach in use if an impact takes place. There are no known occurrences of this happening underwater, and there have not been any reported injuries, but Apeks believes that a recall is the safe and prudent thing to do.

Whilst it is highly unlikely that any underwater incidents will occur diver safety is, and always has been, Apeks main concern and also that divers have complete faith in all our equipment.

Potentially affected units have serial numbers starting from 504 xxxx up to and including 908 xxxx.

Serial numbers greater than 908 xxxx are not affected by this notice and can continue to be used.

Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using their Full face Mask. Bring the mask or 2nd stage to your nearest authorized Apeks Dive Retailer or Dive Center. The regulator case will be replaced under warranty and you will not incur any charges.
